Customers do not have a easy digital communication mode to communicate with their users via different modes(SMS and Email).
Customers are not able to create a responsive email campaign.
Customers do not have the ability to track the clickable links in an Email Campaign.
Customers are not able to create and apply rules on content and resources, in order to reduce the number of rapid campaigns to be built.

Project Overview

What is Rapid Campaign Tool?

The tool helps the customer to create Print, Email and SMS campaigns to communicate important information with N number of their users in less time with less effort.

How does it work?

The customer gets to create communications and schedule the communications which is a 7 step process involving governance. Creating a generic template that can fire multiple communications based on rules .

My Role and Responsibilities

Worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams of BA’s, product owners and development teams to gather requirements, feedback, design sign off or any other limitations encountered.

Created wireframes and prototypes to convey ideas ensuring design principles, practice changes and improvements from the perspective of the broad user group were incorporated(Figma).

Developed the design solution by creating re-usable UI components and increasing the performance. HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Bootstrap, Handlebar, and
